Project Overview
The Riviera Bulgaria website serves as a digital hub for a holiday complex featuring five hotels. Our goal was to create an engaging, user-friendly platform that showcases the complex’s offerings and facilitates seamless booking experiences for visitors. The design process spanned eight months, during which we maintained continuous communication with stakeholders and users to ensure the website met their needs and expectations.
Design Process
Whiteboard Ideas
The project began with brainstorming sessions where we generated ideas on a whiteboard, capturing initial concepts for the website layout, user flow, and core functionalities. This collaborative phase involved key stakeholders, allowing us to align on the vision and goals for the website.
Ideation
Following the whiteboard sessions, we moved into ideation, where we explored various design directions and features that would enhance the user experience. We considered different layouts, navigation structures, and content organization, all aimed at showcasing the unique aspects of the Riviera complex.Wireframing
With a clear direction established, we created wireframes to outline the structure and functionality of the website. These low-fidelity designs helped us visualize the user journey and identify any potential usability issues early in the process. We shared these wireframes with stakeholders for feedback, ensuring that the design aligned with their expectations.High-Fidelity Design
After refining the wireframes based on stakeholder input, we moved on to high-fidelity design. This phase involved crafting visually appealing layouts, incorporating brand elements, and creating interactive components. We focused on delivering a cohesive aesthetic that reflected the luxury and charm of the Riviera complex. Regular feedback loops with stakeholders and users allowed us to make necessary adjustments and enhancements.
Results
The final website design provides a seamless and immersive experience for visitors, showcasing the Riviera complex’s unique offerings while simplifying the booking process. Our collaborative approach and constant communication ensured that the website not only met business objectives but also resonated with users.
